A Transformative Career Exploration Experience
At Career Camp ATL, we believe that career discovery should be engaging, inspiring, and hands-on. Our program is designed to immerse students in real-world experiences that go beyond the classroom, providing practical insights, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities that will help shape their future.
Through interactive workshops, university partnerships, industry field trips, and networking with professionals, campers will gain firsthand exposure to various career paths and the steps needed to achieve their goals. Whether they’re interested in entrepreneurship, technology, healthcare, the arts, or beyond, Career Camp ATL equips students with the tools and confidence to turn their passions into a purpose-driven future.

An Enriching Experience for Campers & Parents
Career Camp ATL is more than just a summer program—it’s a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Campers will engage in hands-on activities, career simulations, and interactive sessions designed to help them explore their interests and strengths.
The Camper Experience
Before camp, each camper completes the Find Your Grind Lifestyle Assessment to receive career recommendations. Based on their results, they choose four Career Paths to explore at colleges and universities across Metro Atlanta, creating a personalized experience.
The four-day, three-night camp is based at Oglethorpe University, offering an immersive college experience. On Days 2 and 3, campers visit their selected campuses for hands-on career workshops with professors and industry professionals.
The Parent Experience
We recognize that parents play a crucial role in their child’s career development. That’s why Career Camp ATL includes resources, workshops, and guided discussions to help parents actively support and encourage their child’s journey.
After dropping off their camper, parents will attend workshops on college financial planning, scholarships, and ways to support career exploration beyond camp.For a year after camp, both campers and parents can access the Find Your Grind platform, featuring online career modules and mentorship opportunities in various fields.
